Door Replacement & Installation
Doors are one of the jobs we do most, and we price them up front. Whether it's a drafty entry door, a slider that won't glide, or a fresh interior door, Two Human Crew installs and replaces doors across Keizer, Salem, and the wider Willamette Valley — clean, level, and weathertight.
We install and replace:
- Exterior & entry doors — standard prehung 36×80 and other sizes, weatherstripped and sealed
- Interior doors — prehung and slab, including closet and bedroom doors
- Patio & sliding glass doors — replacements and swaps
- French & double doors
- Storm & screen doors
- Pet doors — installed into doors of all kinds, from entry and interior doors to sliders
- Door hardware — locks, deadbolts, handlesets, hinges, and weatherstripping
Need a pet door? We install pet doors into doors of all kinds — entry doors, interior doors, even sliding glass — cut clean and sealed tight.
Door labor is flat-rate: exterior doors from $450 plus the cost of the door (standard prehung 36×80), interior doors $350, and patio sliding doors $950. See the full standard pricing below. Prices are labor only — you supply the door, or we'll help you pick one.

Are your prices labor only?
Most standard prices are labor only and assume standard sizes and conditions. You supply materials, or we help you choose them, and we confirm the full quote before we start.
What handyman services do you offer?
Doors and windows, faucets and fixtures, garbage disposals, drywall and texture, caulking and grout, decks and fences, siding and gutters, shelving and mounting, baseboard, lighting and outlets, and move-in / move-out punch lists — across the Willamette Valley.
How much does it cost to install an exterior door?
Exterior and entry door installation is $450 in labor, plus the cost of the door, for a standard prehung 36×80. Odd sizes, sidelights, or rot repair around the frame can add to it — we confirm the full price before we start.

Interior door installation is $350 in labor per door — prehung or slab, including closet and bedroom doors. You supply the door, or we will help you pick one.
Do you install patio and sliding glass doors?

How much does a kitchen remodel cost?
Practical kitchen remodels start at $10,500 and range up to about $15,000 for our largest projects. Cabinet replacements on their own start in the low $3,000s for small kitchens. The final number depends on the size of the kitchen, how deep the remodel goes, and what happens with the cabinets.

Shower and tub replacements start at $4,500 — tub swaps, tub-to-shower conversions, surrounds, and glass doors. Scope drives the final number, which we confirm before we start.
